Refunds, Exchange and Faulty Goods Policy
Under the “Distance Selling Regulations”, you reserve the right to return / exchange an item (conditions apply, see below), provided it is in a fully resalable condition and original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
To do this, you will need to retain and provide the receipt / invoice for your order.
For returns, upon inspection of the goods, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back.
The return is only refunded to the original source of payment.
You (i.e. the customer) are responsible for return and exchange delivery costs and methods.
We are happy to take returns / exchanges at our production and warehouse facility in Leeds, if it is within a commutable distance for you.
If the return / exchange is being processed by a courier service, we advise you to return the item via a trackable method, to avoid any inconvenience.
Prior to sending your return, please contact us to tell us that you wish to return the product(s) and advise as to whether you are seeking a refund or replacement.
It is essential that you enclose a copy of the invoice/receipt and/or the order reference number, to allow us to locate your order on our system and complete the refund or replacement.

Conditions and Exceptions
A return for Fresh and Frozen Food items will not be accepted due to health and safety reasons.
A return for a faulty product, regardless of type, will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return postage will not be arranged, but costs will be reimbursed (subject to retention of proof of postage).
After the 30-day period (up to 6 months), you are only eligible for an exchange of the faulty item, for an item of a similar type and value.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace it.
